By using dry ice pellets (blasting) from our advanced equipment inventory, we can chafe away the mold growth without adding additional moisture to an already water damaged area. Once dried with air circulation and dehumidification from more tools, we can spray a biocide to kill remaining mold spores and also create a masking agent that removes any lingering odors.
