Newington Washer Leaves Water Damage in the Laundry Room

This Newington homeowner was doing laundry on their regular schedule when their washing machine malfunctioned and delivered a large amount of water all over their laundry room floor. SERVPRO technicians extracted the water and unfortunately, the subfloor received water and in order to dry required the removal of the tile flooring. The technicians removed both the broken washer and the dryer so they assist the area with drainage through the removal of the baseboards where they drilled weep holes. The After Photo shows the water and dryer removed and the subfloor cleaned and dried and ready for the installation of new flooring so the laundry room can get set back up for the homeowner.
